Terms and Conditions

We usually deliver your order in 2-3 working days. 
We will get your order ready, despatch it, send you an email to inform you that your order is on its way to you and send you an e-mail with tracking information.


We use Royal Mail Tracked 2-3 day delivery service for small parcels. You can specify a safe place for the parcel to be left by the Postman.

All other parcels are sent by Parcel Force. Parcel Force will usually deliver your order on the next working day and for Highlands and Islands, two working days after despatch. A signature is required for this service.

Please make arrangements to receive your order. You will be sent the tracking information by e-mail to enable you to check on progress and if you have missed the delivery, to collect the parcel from the delivery office.

International Orders take up to around 2 - 10 days to deliver. 
Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout according to weight and country of delivery.

If the parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will return it back to Benemi. Additional fees for the return of the parcel will be charged.

Tax Charges: 
Prices displayed include VAT at 20.00% They do not include any import duty or overseas taxes. 
VAT applies for deliveries to the UK and the European Union. All other countries are VAT free.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Items that are not in stock are usually despatched within 15 days from date of order. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases due to a manufacturing defect or if your goods are damaged when you receive them, please post them back to us within 7 days from the date of purchase. The return shipping cost will be the buyers cost.
In all other instances you may return items within 7 days of purchase, provided that they are unused and with the original retail packaging, and we will refund the value of the goods only. Where a complete order is returned within 7 working days of receipt, the original transport charge will also be refunded.


Please keep a copy of your Receipt of Posting. 
A copy of your invoice and a short message explaining why you are returning the goods must be in the return parcel.

Return address: 

This is in addition to your statutory rights. English law applies.
Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 7 working days providing the products are unused, with the original retail packaging and in their original state. Return the goods to Benemi together with the original invoice. Benemi will refund your order providing the goods are received in perfect condition. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used to place the order. To cancel your order please reply to your order confirmation e-mail, e-mail us on benemisales@gmail.com .The management and the employees of this store are not responsible for any consequential losses or damages, howsoever incurred. Our liability is restricted to the value of the products only.
